full responsibility for pollution monitoring team – from quoting through to invoicing.

actively involved in isokinetic stack sampling on a regular basis – testing for particulates (BS 3405), NOx, SO2, HCl, HF, VOC’s, and the subsequent preparation of technical reports.

achieved STA accreditation for the teams particulate sampling methods.

involved in various environmental projects for the glass industry.

health & safety co-ordinator for British Glass

Dec.1995 – Nov.1996 Senior Telemarketing Executive, BPS Teleperformance, Birmingham.

promoted to this position after three months with BPS
main duties involved calculating contract costs, preparing progress reports, organising staff rotas, and dealing with the more awkward customers on the telephone.
